The ideal candidate can confidently review architectural drawings and specifications while also monitoring budgets, invoices, committed costs, and potential financial risks.\nYou will provide architectural guidance across a high-volume portfolio of healthcare and imaging projects, coordinate with internal and external project partners, and help ensure that design decisions and project financial reporting, and project execution, this may be the ideal opportunity for you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nArchitectural Design and Technical Coordination\nCoordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other project disciplines throughout design and contract-document development\nApply advanced architectural concepts and professional judgment across healthcare and imaging facility projects\nReview drawings and specifications for design intent, code compliance, completeness, and coordination quality\nWrite and edit architectural specifications using independent analysis and design knowledge\nCoordinate multidisciplinary documents for Authority Having Jurisdiction approval, bidding, and construction\nResearch applicable codes, guidelines, regulations, and architectural best practices\nAssist internal and external stakeholders in developing effective project strategies and plans\nParticipate in project-site visits throughout the United States as needed\nProject Cost and Financial Coordination\nSupport project budget development and ongoing budget management in partnership with Project Management and Finance\nReview contractor bids and supporting documents for scope, completeness, and cost reasonableness\nTrack project invoices, waivers, committed costs, actual costs, and related financial documentation\nPartner with Finance on payment reconciliation by matching invoices and disbursements against project commitments\nIdentify cost variances, potential overruns, and emerging financial risks\nReview change orders and related financial impacts\nEscalate cost or compliance concerns before they affect project delivery\nAdvise Project Managers on architectural, budgeting, and project cost matters\nCross-Functional Project Support\nServe as a primary liaison between the Project Management and Finance teams\nTranslate architectural decisions into clear financial and project considerations\nHelp Project Managers maintain visibility into project budgets and cost risks\nCommunicate complex architectural and financial information to a variety of stakeholders\nBalance multiple deadlines and competing priorities across a high-volume project portfolio\nHelp ensure that design quality, project scope, budgets, and delivery expectations remain aligned\nWhat We’re Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution\nMinimum of six years of architectural design experience\nDemonstrated experience with:\nProject cost management\nConstruction budgeting\nFinancial forecasting\nInvoice review and reconciliation\nChange-order financial analysis\nProject financial reporting\nProficiency with industry-standard architectural software, including:\nAutoCAD\nRevit\nBluebeam\nRelevant 3D modeling tools\nStrong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, building codes, and construction documentation\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to communicate complex design and financial information to diverse stakeholders\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment\n⭐ Preferred Qualifications\nRegistered Architect licensure\nHealthcare architecture or healthcare construction experience\nExperience with medical imaging facility design or construction\nExperience reviewing contractor proposals, bids, and change orders\nKnowledge of Sage\nKnowledge of Milestone or
