Join us during this dynamic phase of growth and expand your leadership skills while helping build a high-performing warehouse operation that supports a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.\n\nResponsibilities\nWarehouse Operations & Inventory Management\nSupervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, material handling, storage, and distribution activities.\nEnsure accurate inventory transactions and material movements within warehouse management and ERP systems.\nMonitor inventory levels and support inventory reconciliation activities.\nCoordinate material flow to support manufacturing and operational requirements.\nSupport warehouse operations across both first and second shift activities as needed.\nOperate material handling equipment and ensure team members are properly trained and qualified.\n\nLeadership & Employee Development\nLead, coach, and develop warehouse employees while establishing clear performance expectations.\nProvide day-to-day supervision and support for warehouse personnel.\nConduct employee training and ensure compliance with departmental procedures.\nFoster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\nSupport staffing, scheduling, and workload management activities.\n\nCompliance, Quality & Documentation\nEnsure compliance with GMP requirements, SOPs, GDP practices, and company policies.\nSupport investigations, CAPAs, deviations, and corrective actions associated with warehouse operations.\nParticipate in SOP development, revisions, and implementation activities.\nMaintain accurate documentation and inventory records in accordance with regulatory requirements.\nSupport internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections as required.\n\nSystems, Process Improvement & Collaboration\nDevelop proficiency with Dynamics 365 and other warehouse management systems.\nIdentify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.\nMonitor warehouse KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and Materials Management teams.\nServe as a key resource and partner to warehouse management and site leadership.\n\nQualifications\nMinimum of 5 years of warehouse, inventory control, logistics, supply chain, or materials management experience.\nPrevious supervisory, team lead, or people leadership experience required.\nExperience within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, CDMO, or other GMP-regulated environment is strongly preferred.\nStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, shipping, and material handling processes.\nExperience working within regulated environments requiring documentation accuracy and procedural compliance.\nForklift certification or previous forklift operating experience preferred.\nExperience utilizing ERP systems, warehouse management systems, inventory control systems, or similar software platforms.\nExperience with Dynamics 365 is preferred.\nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to effectively manage multiple priorities and support operational needs across multiple shifts.\nExperience supporting investigations, CAPAs, SOP revisions, and compliance activities is preferred.\nExperience supporting FDA inspections, regulatory audits, or quality initiatives is preferred.\n\nPhysical Demands / Qualifications\nEmployees are required to regularly use their hands to handle materials and supplies.\nEmployee is required to regularly stand, walk, bend, and move throughout warehouse operations.\nEmployee must be able to safely operate material handling equipment.\nEmployee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.\nEmployee is required to effectively use computers and electronic communication systems.\nEmployees must follow all site safety procedures and wear required PPE.\nAbility to work in a warehouse environment and support operational activities across multiple shifts as needed.\n\nJoin our One Team mission of manufacturing more tomorrows.
