Visit cdp.net or follow us @CDP to find out more.\nAbout the Team:\nThe Marketing & Communications function’s purpose is to Protect & Enhance CDP’s Brand, Connecting People to the Purpose through Storytelling, to Drive Sustainable Growth.\nThe Marketing team is responsible for building and stewarding CDP’s brand, developing and delivering campaigns that generate leads and drive audience action to meet organizational objectives, and maintaining high-performance engagement across digital channels.\nAbout this role:\nThe CRM Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to shape and evolve our email marketing strategy, working with a wide range of colleagues to devise approaches that increase audience engagement and action.\nYou’ll play a key role as part of our new Marketing Performance and Enablement team, training colleagues, implementing plans and feeding meaningful data back into the process. Over time, you will support us to develop segmentation models and customer lifecycle plans.\nWhat you will do:\n You will be responsible for developing and delivering CRM marketing plans, devising and executing activity that drives value by increasing the number of organisations taking action (either by disclosing or signing up to one of our other programmes).\nLead the creation, implementation and analysis of CRM marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on email, to CDP’s diverse range of audiences.\nEvaluate the performance of email marketing activity, deriving and disseminating insights clearly. Identify and implement opportunities to evolve our approach.\nBuild an understanding of our audiences’ behaviour, working with colleagues across Marketing & Communications to build a holistic understanding of people’s interactions with us and the levers for increasing conversion and engagement.\nBuild and maintain subject matter expertise on D365 Marketing and CDP’s use of it, continually seeking opportunities to improve and iterate our plans and set-up.\nProvide D365 Marketing and CRM Marketing advice to colleagues across the Marketing & Communications function and more broadly, translating marketing and business objectives into clear, measurable plans based on data-driven insights.\nDevelop compelling email content based on best practice, identify opportunities to test, learn and improve.\nManage the creation of automated customer journeys, monitoring and reporting on results.\nTrain and support colleagues on the Dynamics 365 marketing functionality, as well as CDP’s processes and guidelines.\nActively contribute to an effective and engaged team, clear on its purpose and contribution, by:\nEnsuring you know what is expected of you, through regular 1:1’s, having clear objectives in place, and participating in open and honest performance and development conversations.\nEnsuring a respectful and inclusive workplace, where team members communicate openly, share knowledge so it can be used, and respect difference.\nLiving the CDP Values and demonstrating the behaviours appropriate to your position.\nWe're looking for:\nDemonstrable experience of driving value through CRM / customer lifecycle marketing for a complex, mission-driven organisation.\nExperience of superuser-level CRM access,with the ability to train and support others.\nExperience of using marketing automation applications to run complex mailings, with continued improvement and learning integral to the approach.\nExcellent data analysis skills and the ability to distil actionable insight from wide-ranging data. Familiarity with a range of marketing analytics tools including Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Google Data Studios.\nStrong written communication skills and the ability to support colleagues to create compelling email content.\nExperience of building brand engagement through email marketing plans.\nExcellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong internal relationships and communicate findings clearly.\nExperience of delivering B2B email marketing campaigns within a global organization that communicates in multiple languages.\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.\nSalary and benefits: The salary banding for this role is £39,525 - £49,407/year, 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, generous non-contributory pension provision, Employee Assistance Programme, life assurance, training and development, flexible working opportunities and other benefits.\nFinal offer amount depends on multiple factors such as candidates experience and expertise, geographic location, total compensation, and market data.\nThis is a permanent role based at CDP’s London office.
