Visit cdp.net or follow us @CDP to find out more.\nAbout the Team:\nThe Product owner team define the product roadmap, prioritization and requirements for their product or product portfolio. We work very closely with Data and Engineering to deliver the Products using an agile framework.\nAbout this role:\nThe Product Manager will be responsible for supporting the Product Lifecycle focusing on discovery, definition and delivery of a suite of products. This role will work closely with the Product Lead, engineers, quality assurance analysts, designers and data analysts within a squad as well as with a wide group of stakeholders across the organisation to analyse the business needs, formalise requirements, and develop the roadmap and backlog. This role will support the running of agile ceremonies to support the product lifecycle.\nWhat you will do:\nSupport development of product roadmap aligned with internal goals and objectives\n\nConduct discovery and market research to inform delivery and validate product changes with end users\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to analyse their business needs, identify pain points\n\nCreate detailed user stories, wireframes, process diagrams and other supporting documentation to capture requirements clearly and concisely\n\nTranslate business requirements into well-understood technical specifications\n\nConduct ceremonies using an Agile methodology to deliver value to users\n\nPrioritise and resolve conflicting business needs and plan work increments accordingly\n\nAnalyse bugs and work with the squad to resolve as required\n\nSupport the Product Lead to manage the full lifecycle of the Product including planning, execution, monitoring ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets\n\nSupport adoption of the product among key stakeholders through coordinating communications, training sessions, documentation, and support\n\nActively contribute to an effective and engaged team, clear on its purpose and contribution, by:\nEnsuring you know what is expected of you, through regular 1:1’s, having clear objectives in place, and participating in open and honest performance and development conversations\n\nEnsuring a respectful and inclusive workplace, where team members communicate openly, share knowledge so it can be used, and respect difference.\n\nLiving the CDP Values and demonstrating the behaviours appropriate to your position.\n\nInternal stakeholders include: Product, Customer Success, Revenue, Disclosure content, Marketing and Communications, Finance, Legal, Growth, and Policy\nExternal stakeholders include: Companies (Disclosers, Requestors), Financial Institutions, Governments (Cities and States and Regions), Indices, NGO’s, and Academics\nWe’re looking for:\nProven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within a Product-led organisation\n\nFamiliarity with and experience of embedding best practices in agile methodologies\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.\n\nProven delivery experience of managing end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nKnowledge, interest, and passion for the environmental and/or sustainability space will be an advantage\n\nSalary and benefits: The salary banding for this role is £54,000 - £67,000 /year, 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, generous non-contributory pension provision, Employee Assistance Programme, life assurance, training and development, flexible working opportunities and other benefits.\nFinal offer amount depends on multiple factors such as candidates experience and expertise, geographic location, total compensation, and market data.\nThis is a permanent contract based at CDP’s London office.
