Are you ready to broaden your HR career? This hybrid People Operations Coordinator offers a hands-on opportunity to broaden your People Operations foundation, take on meaningful responsibility, and make a real difference in employees’ day-to-day experience. You’ll gain exposure across the employee lifecycle-from onboarding, benefits, and leave support to employee communications, surveys, recognition, and HR systems-while partnering closely with experienced People leaders. If you are organized, curious, service-minded, and eager to expand your HR career, this is a meaningful opportunity to develop practical skills and build confidence in a healthcare technology organization.

Position Responsibilities

  • * Employee support and People systems: Answer routine questions about policies, processes, benefits, and HR systems; route escalations appropriately; support the ATS, benefits platforms, and other People tools; document common processes; and meet service standards for accuracy and responsiveness.

  • * HRIS and employee transactions: Assist in processing employee and contingent labor transactions in Oracle HCM, including hires, changes, transfers, and terminations. Maintain accurate People system records; support data checks, reports, audits, and corrections; and follow confidentiality and retention requirements.

  • * Payroll and PTO administration: Coordinate accurate payroll inputs, review changes, and resolve routine discrepancies with Payroll and employees. Answer PTO balance questions, set up new-hire accrual rules, and contact system support regarding balance issues.

  • * Benefits administration: Assist in benefits administration, qualifying life events, and annual benefits enrollment. Answer routine questions, route complex issues, send monthly vendor reports, and submit downloaded invoices to Finance.

  • * Onboarding and offboarding coordination: Coordinate orientation schedules, materials, forms, access requests, and completion tracking. Prepare and retain hire and separation documents, complete records and checklists, escalate missing or unusual items, and partner with the People Business Partner on onboarding.

  • * Leave and accommodation support: Provide leave and accommodation forms and process information; track deadlines and records; coordinate with employees, managers, vendors, and the People Business Partner; enter paid leave in payroll; and promptly escalate sensitive or urgent matters.

  • * Immigration and compliance support: Coordinate immigration case documents and status tracking with employees, immigration counsel, and the VP of People. Provide requested reports and records to the third-party AAP/EEO administrator. Do not make sponsorship or legal determinations.

  • * People programs and operational support: Create and manage employee surveys; support engagement surveys, communications, and People projects; maintain calendars, directory and organization-chart updates, procedures, request tracking, and deadlines; and flag data errors or process improvements.

  • * Exit interviews and recognition programs: Schedule in-person or remote exit interviews and survey follow-up, summarize themes, and share findings with the People Business Partner and VP of People to determine whether further data gathering is warranted. Coordinate recognition program transactions, surveys, award or reward procurement, and impact tracking.

  • * Additional administrative and office-related tasks as assigned.

  • Position Requirements
