This role requires strong collaboration skills, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset to support the evolving ServiceNow ecosystem.\nJOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAlign ServiceNow platform capabilities to business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap\n\nDevelop, test, and implement new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform\n\nAssist with ServiceNow upgrades, action skipped changes, and create/run tests\n\nStay current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies\n\nEXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE:\n3+ years as a ServiceNow Developer with experience developing in the following areas:\n\nITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog\n\nService Portals\n\nFlow Designer, Workflow, Virtual Agent Topics, Integration Hub\n\nApplication integrations using APIs, web services, scripts, transform maps, etc.\n\nScoped Applications\n\nScripting in ServiceNow\n\nTest Management and ATF\n\nITOM: Event Management, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping\n\n1+ years as member of an Agile, Scrum, or Kanban team\n\nBroad general knowledge of IT infrastructure topology including typical application, server, and networking configurations\n\nKnowledge of the ITIL framework especially as it pertains to the CMDB model and governance\n\nComprehension of the ServiceNow CSDM model\n\nExperience designing and deploying AI solutions on and off the ServiceNow platform, with strong AI prompt engineering skills\n\nStrong communication skills that include the ability to write clearly and concisely\n\nKnowledge of database fundamentals\n\nADDITIONAL PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (not required):\nCSM: Case Management, Agent Workspace, Communities\n\nPerformance Analytics, Dashboards\n\nWorkspaces\n\nReporting\n\nActive Directory/PowerShell\n\nTransform Maps\n\nAI Control Tower\n\nEDUCATION / CERTIFICATION / TRAINING\nBachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience)\n\nServiceNow System Administration\n\nAny of the following certifications are a plus:\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer\n\nITIL Foundations\n\nServiceNow Discovery Fundamentals\n\nServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery\n\nServiceNow Advanced System Administration\n\nScripting in ServiceNow\n\nCCNA or equivalent\n\nMCSA, RHCSA (Microsoft, RedHat)\n\nAbout Us\nHomecare Homebase, a subsidiary of Hearst Corporation is a market leader in healthcare software development providing mobile cloud-based solutions for clinical, operational, and financial improvement of homecare and hospice agencies throughout the United States.
