Together, we are reinventing publishing for the 21st century.\nKey Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)\nDesign compelling creative assets for digital, social, video, and print platforms that elevate the Delish brand.\n\nCollaborate with social and video teams to develop templates, graphic systems, title cards, lower thirds, end cards, thumbnails, and other visual assets for recurring content series.\n\nTranslate digital templates into Figma to support efficient editorial workflows.\n\nBuild and manage content within the content management system while maintaining brand consistency and quality.\n\nCreate engaging recipe graphics, infographics, and social media assets for platforms including Instagram and Facebook.\n\nDesign magazine layouts, manage production files throughout the creative process, and ensure projects remain on schedule.\n\nSet up Figma files for new quarterly issues and export/package final files for production.\n\nProduce occasional editorial illustrations and support cross-functional creative initiatives as needed.\n\nQualifications (What We’re Looking For)\nBachelor's degree in graphic arts or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\n4–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within publishing, editorial media, or a related creative environment.\n\nExperience designing for editorial, digital, and social platforms while maintaining a cohesive visual brand identity.\n\nProficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and a basic understanding of HTML.\n\nStrong typography, photo-editing, and visual storytelling skills with a portfolio demonstrating excellence across digital and social media.\n\nAbility to distinguish platform-specific design needs rather than simply resizing assets across channels.\n\nCollaborative mindset with the ability to incorporate feedback, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.\n\nSelf-motivated, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently while partnering across creative and editorial teams.\n\nMotion design, animation, video editing, or Adobe After Effects experience is a plus.\n\nThis is a remote position, with occasional days in the office as needed.\n\nThe hourly rate for this role is $40.00–$50.00 per hour. This position is not eligible for bonus or commission compensation.
