The ideal candidate will collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and other cross-functional teams to understand user needs, translate business requirements into effective design solutions, and deliver high-quality digital products.\nThe candidate should have strong expertise in user research, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and design systems, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and consistent user experiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the end-to-end product design lifecycle, from understanding user requirements and conducting research to delivering final design solutions.\n\nConduct user research, user interviews, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify user needs and pain points.\n\nTranslate business requirements and user insights into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.\n\nDesign intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.\n\nDevelop and maintain design systems, reusable components, design patterns, and UI guidelines.\n\nCollaborate with product managers, UX researchers, business analysts, and engineering teams to deliver user-centric solutions.\n\nWork closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and maintain consistency between design and production.\n\nUse user feedback, analytics, and usability testing results to continuously improve product experiences.\n\nApply responsive design principles and accessibility standards to create inclusive digital experiences.\n\nPresent design concepts, explain design decisions, and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.\n\nManage multiple design initiatives and deliver high-quality designs within agreed timelines.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nProven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in a similar product design role.\n\nStrong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and design systems.\n\nStrong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.\n\nExperience creating user journeys, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.\n\nKnowledge of responsive web design, mobile-first design, and cross-platform user experiences.\n\nExperience conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback into design improvements.\n\nUnderstanding of design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns.\n\nKnowledge of accessibility guidelines, including WCAG, and usability best practices.\n\nStrong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams in an agile environment.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience designing enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or complex business workflows.\n\nFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.\n\nExperience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, FigJam, or similar tools.\n\nUnderstanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven design decisions.\n\nExperience designing AI-powered products, dashboards, or data-intensive interfaces.\n\nKnowledge of design handoff tools and developer collaboration workflows.\n\nCDW is committed to being an AI-fluent organization\nWe’re looking for people who bring curiosity, a learner’s mindset, and a willingness to engage with ever-evolving technology and tools.
