As Business (Commercial) Controller, you don't simply report performance, you help shape it.\n\nTogether with Category Management and Commercial Leadership, you identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and translate financial insights into commercial actions that drive growth and profitability. You understand the story behind the numbers, the opportunities behind the strategy and the actions required to make an impact. Whether it is Goods Income, supplier funding, margin development or stock performance, you help the business make smarter decisions every day.\n\nYour scope of work\n\n Drive and challenge commercial performance by identifying opportunities, risks and actions related to sales, margin, Goods Income and profitability.\n\n Act as the financial business partner for Category Management and Commercial Leadership, influencing decision-making through fact-based insights and commercial challenge.\n\n Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance reviews, translating financial results into actions that improve business outcomes and support strategic priorities.\n\n Translate supplier agreements, category performance and commercial initiatives into actions that optimize margin, Goods Income and profitability.\n\n Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes, standardizing reporting and increasing automation, enabling the business to focus on steering rather than reporting.\n\nWho are you?\n\nYou are full of energy and thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
