This role is responsible for developing strategic project plans, preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating technical requirements, and providing ongoing support to field operations.\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive wages, excellent benefits and matching pension contributions starting on your first day!\nSkill development and opportunity for growth\nVariety: changing work scopes from one day to the next - there is always a new challenge\nKey Duties & Responsibilities:\nProvide direct leadership, coordination, and continuity to assigned crews while maintaining communication with the General Manager\nSupervise field personnel, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and project activities\nPlan and coordinate work in accordance with project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety objectives\nMaintain a safe, clean, and environmentally responsible worksite as per CEDA policies, procedures and Safe Work Practices\nIdentify and address unsafe or environmentally unsound conditions and initiate corrective action as required\nPrepare crews and equipment in advance for setup, processing, rig-down, and decontamination activities\nEnsure equipment is properly received, inspected, maintained, and operational throughout each project\nComplete accurate Daily Service Orders and required project documentation\nCoordinate site orientations, employee travel, accommodations, and other logistical requirements\nDevelop work procedures based on company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations\nObtain vendor quotes and coordinate third-party services when required\nPrepare project cost estimates in accordance with plans, contracts, and client requirements\nWork closely with laboratory services, blend plants, and other internal departments to support successful project completion\nBuild and maintain positive customer relationships through safe, reliable, and measurable work performance\nInteract professionally with client purchasing departments, site personnel, and project managers\nReview and understand client agreements to ensure contractual obligations are properly managed\nSupport sales activities as directed and coordinate opportunities with the Business Development team\nProvide performance feedback and initiate disciplinary action when appropriate.\nPerform other related duties as required\nRole Specifications:\n3-5 years related work experience in Oil & Gas industry, specific experience in Chemical Cleaning services is required.\nBusiness or Technical degree or equivalent is considered an asset\nKnowledge of regulatory requirements\nProven project management and planning abilities in the Chemical Cleaning industry\nStrong problem-solving abilities\nExcellent organization and communication skills required\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office, Field FX and AX an asset\nPersonal Characteristics:\nDecisive, proactive leader with strong project management, problem-solving, and customer service skills\nStrong business acumen with excellent negotiation, analytical, planning, and organizational abilities\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, respectful, and collaborative approach\nStrong team player and mentor who leads by example and fosters accountability\nAbility to set high standards for performance, safety, quality, and customer service\nSelf-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and effectively manage changing priorities\nStrong ability to identify business opportunities and build lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and stakeholders\nIndustry knowledge and a commitment to staying current with market and business developments\n The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
