In this role, you’ll lead field crews, oversee daily project activities, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently at various client sites. You’ll play a key role in coordinating on-site operations, maintaining specialized equipment, and building strong working relationships with our clients.\nWe’re looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience supervising pigging and decoking projects, along with strong hands-on knowledge of the equipment and operations. A combination of supervisory experience and a valid CDL licence is preferred.\nSchedules vary from project to project. When working in the field, you’ll work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights depending on project requirements. When you’re not dispatched to a project, you’ll work in the shop Monday through Friday.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive wages and a monthly benefits allowance\nSkill development and opportunity for growth\nVariety: changing work scopes from one day to the next - there is always a new challenge!\nKey Duties and Responsibilities\nDirect on-site field personnel and delegate daily tasks to keep projects running safely and efficiently\nEnsure all work follows CEDA safety policies, procedures, and site-specific requirements\nOversee the setup, operation, and teardown of specialized equipment at client sites\nPrepare, inspect, and maintain equipment to ensure it is ready for project work\nTroubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs both in the shop and in the field\nServe as the primary point of contact for client representatives, communicating job progress, requirements, and any issues that arise\nMonitor daily work activities and support the crew in meeting project timelines and expectations\nEnsure required job paperwork, equipment records, and other documentation are completed accurately\nPromote a safe work environment by identifying hazards, addressing concerns, and reinforcing safe work practices\nPerform other duties as assigned\nRole Specifications\n3-5 years of experience supervising pigging and decoking projects\nStrong hands-on knowledge of pigging and decoking operations and specialized equipment\nExperience directing field personnel, delegating tasks, and coordinating daily work activities\nAbility to troubleshoot equipment issues and support maintenance and repairs\nExperience communicating with client representatives and coordinating on-site project requirements\nFlexibility to work project-based schedules, including 12-hour field shifts and Monday-to-Friday shop work when not dispatched\nAbility to provide a negative pre-employment drug and alcohol test\nSkills\nStrong leadership skills and the ability to guide field crews in a hands-on work environment\nA commitment to safety and holding team members accountable to established procedures\nStrong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with clients and crew members\nGood organizational skills and the ability to coordinate daily tasks and changing project priorities\nStrong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues\nA practical, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving\nThe ability to stay organized and make sound decisions in a fast-paced field environment\nQualifications\nA valid CDL licence is preferred, particularly when combined with project supervision experience\nAbility to climb stairs, handle equipment, and regularly lift up to 50 pounds\nAbility to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions\nIf you have experience leading field crews and are ready to take on a hands-on supervisory role, we encourage you to apply!
