Provides building maintenance and repair to include HVAC system monitoring and repair, plumbing maintenance and drain repair, electrical and lighting system repair, furniture and office equipment repair, wall cover repair to include painting and texturing, etc. \nCoordinates and schedules contractors' services when scope of work requires outside services. \nPerforms necessary project coordination and supervision when tenant improvement projects are undertaken. \nAssists in the disposition and control of inventories allocated to warehouse storage. \nProvides minor janitorial support as necessary for the sanitary delivery of clinical services. \nCoordinates room set-up and preparation for meetings and other events. \nAssumes additional responsibilities as assigned. \n EducationHigh School Diploma/GED High school diploma - minimum \nAssoc.
