Forecasting & Predictive Analytics\n\nExperience : 3- 8 Years\n\nLocation : Bangalore (Client Location)\n\nJob Description :\n\nForecasting & Predictive Analytics :\n\n- Develop accurate demand forecasting models using historical sales, seasonal trends, promotions, and external factors.\n\n- Build and optimize time series forecasting models for business planning and inventory optimization.\n\n- Design and implement customer churn prediction models to identify at-risk customers and improve retention strategies.\n\n- Develop price optimization and price elasticity models to maximize revenue and profitability.\n\n- Analyze customer behavior, product demand, and business trends to generate actionable insights.\n\nModel Development :\n\n- Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models for forecasting, customer analytics, and pricing.\n\n- Develop predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.\n\n- Perform feature engineering, model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and model monitoring.\n\n- Improve model performance through continuous experimentation and optimization.\n\nTime Series Analytics :\n\n- Build forecasting models using techniques such as ARIMA, SARIMA, Prophet, Holt-Winters, and machine learning-based forecasting methods.\n\n- Analyze seasonality, trends, cyclic patterns, and anomalies in time series data.\n\n- Support forecasting use cases across sales, demand planning, supply chain, and business operations.\n\nData Analysis & Business Insights :\n\n- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.\n\n- Translate complex business problems into analytical solutions.\n\n- Present insights through dashboards and visualizations to support business decision-making.\n\nCollaboration :\n\n- Work closely with Product, Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Data Engineering teams.\n\n- Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data readiness, feature availability, and scalable ML pipelines.\n\n- Partner with stakeholders to understand forecasting requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.\n\nModel Deployment & Monitoring :\n\n- Deploy machine learning models into production environments.\n\n- Monitor model performance and retrain models as required.\n\n- Establish model governance and maintain documentation for reproducibility.\n\nMust-Have Skills :\n\n- 3 -
