The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience, strong system design capabilities, and the ability to lead technical architecture decisions across frontend, backend, databases, cloud infrastructure, and integrations.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design and implement end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade full-stack applications.\n\n- Lead frontend architecture using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.\n\n- Design scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python, FastAPI, or Django.\n\n- Define application architecture, including microservices, modular monoliths, and event-driven systems.\n\n- Establish reusable components, coding standards, and architectural best practices.\n\n- Design database schemas, optimize queries, and manage relational and NoSQL databases.\n\n- Architect authentication, authorization, RBAC, and secure API integrations.\n\n- Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and system design decisions.\n\n- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.\n\n- Implement performance optimization, caching, monitoring, and application scalability strategies.\n\n- Guide development teams through code reviews, technical mentoring, and solution implementation.\n\n- Support cloud-native deployments, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and production readiness.\n\n- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend suitable architectural solutions.\n\nRequired Technical Skills : \n\n1. Frontend Technologies : \n\n- Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.\n\n- Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and React Server Components.\n\n- Strong understanding of state management, component architecture, and frontend performance optimization.\n\n- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar UI frameworks.\n\n- Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture is an advantage.\n\n2. Backend Technologies : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Python and frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.\n\n- Experience designing RESTful APIs, asynchronous services, and microservices.\n\n- Strong understanding of API security, authentication, authorization, and middleware.\n\n- Experience with background processing, task queues, and distributed systems.\n\n3. Database & Data Layer : \n\n- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.\n\n- Knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, or other NoSQL/caching technologies.\n\n- Strong understanding of database modeling, indexing, and query optimization.\n\n- Experience with ORMs such as SQLAlchemy.\n\n4. Architecture & System Design : \n\n- Strong knowledge of High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).\n\n- Experience designing scalable, distributed, multi-tenant enterprise applications.\n\n- Understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.\n\n- Experience with API gateways, message queues, caching, and event-driven architecture.\n\n- Ability to make architectural decisions considering performance, security, cost, and maintainability.\n\n5. Cloud & DevOps : \n\n- Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure.\n\n- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based deployments.\n\n- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.\n\n- Understanding of cloud networking, monitoring, logging, and infrastructure scalability.\n\nPreferred / Good-to-Have Skills : \n\n- Experience integrating Generative AI and LLM-based capabilities into enterprise applications.\n\n- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.\n\n- Experience with WebSockets, real-time applications, and asynchronous communication.\n\n- Knowledge of GraphQL and API orchestration.\n\n- Familiarity with Databricks, data platforms, or analytics-driven applications.\n\n- Experience working with enterprise SSO, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Microsoft Entra ID.\n\nLeadership & Collaboration : \n\n- Ability to lead technical teams and mentor senior developers.\n\n- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Experience conducting architecture reviews and technical feasibility assessments.\n\n- Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans.\n\n- Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.\n\n- Experience supporting technical estimations, solution proposals, and delivery planning.\n\nQualifications : \n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n- 8 -
