flexible, scalable future-state solutions.\n\nThis is not a conventional Salesforce implementation or administration role.\n\nKey responsibilities - Salesforce assessment and architecture : \n\n- Assess Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects, metadata, data models, security, workflows, automations, and business processes.\n\n- Review existing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, APIs, and enterprise integrations.\n\n- Document the current-state landscape, application dependencies, business rules, data flows, and reusable capabilities.\n\n- Identify modernization opportunities, constraints, and technical risks.\n\nKey responsibilities - modernization and solution design : \n\n- Translate Salesforce-based business capabilities into future-state application and integration architectures.\n\n- Design modular applications, reusable services, API strategies, integration patterns, and data architecture components.\n\n- Contribute to technical discovery, solution design, proof-of-concepts, implementation planning, and design reviews.\n\n- Collaborate with enterprise architects, developers, data engineers, cloud teams, and business stakeholders.\n\nKey responsibilities - enterprise integration, data and AI : \n\n- Design secure Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications, collaboration platforms, and cloud services.\n\n- Apply API-led, synchronous/asynchronous, event-driven, and service-oriented integration patterns.\n\n- Assess data ownership, relationships, quality, migration considerations, and access to CRM business capabilities.\n\n- Support connected enterprise solutions involving modern data platforms, intelligent automation, and AI-driven applications.\n\nMandatory qualifications and technical skills : \n\n- 8+ years of relevant technology experience with substantial hands-on Salesforce implementation and solution architecture exposure.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, CRM business processes, objects, relationships, metadata, and permissions.\n\n- Ability to explain and review Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, SOQL, and platform customization.\n\n- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.\n\n- Understanding of OAuth 2.0, authentication, authorization, API security, and asynchronous/event-driven communication.\n\n- Demonstrated ability to assess complex existing applications, map business capabilities, and develop technical architecture documentation.\n\n- Hands-on solution design capability and willingness to participate in implementation, not only advisory work.\n\nPreferred / good-to-have skills : \n\n- Exposure to Azure, cloud-native applications, microservices, and modern application development.\n\n- Familiarity with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or other enterprise data platforms.\n\n- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio integrations.\n\n- Understanding of data migration, transformation, enterprise AI, intelligent automation, RAG, or agentic systems.\n\n- Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect credentials.\n\n- Prior Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure experience is an advantage, not a prerequisite.\n\n- Strong architecture fundamentals and learning agility are essential.\n\nIdeal candidate : \n\n- Understands end-to-end Salesforce implementations and the business capabilities they support.\n\n- Can reason about how those capabilities could be redesigned across different platforms and integration boundaries.\n\n- Combines architectural ownership with a practical, builder-oriented approach.\n\n- Is
