Data Integration\n\nRole Purpose : \n\nWe are looking for an experienced Solution Architect / Tech Lead - Data Integration who can bridge the gap between enterprise architecture, business requirements and technical execution.\n\nThe role will be responsible for designing robust, scalable and secure data integration solutions across enterprise applications, data platforms and downstream consumers.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design and architect end-to-end data integration solutions using APIs, streaming, messaging and middleware.\n\n- Design scalable real-time and batch integrations between source systems, data platforms and downstream consumers.\n\n- Create and review High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.\n\n- Define Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) covering scalability, performance, availability, security and reliability.\n\n- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, integration patterns and engineering best practices.\n\n- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering squads and development teams.\n\n- Collaborate with engineering leads to drive successful technical delivery.\n\n- Guide teams on coding standards, design principles, integration best practices and API lifecycle management.\n\n- Translate complex business and data requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\n- Ensure integration solutions follow appropriate security, privacy and regulatory requirements.\n\n- Support performance testing, production troubleshooting, incident resolution and deployment planning.\n\n- Identify opportunities to modernize existing integration architectures and improve reliability, scalability and maintainability.\n\n- Coach and mentor developers while promoting modern engineering and DevOps practices.\n\nTech Stack : \n\n- Integration : REST APIs, API Gateways, Messaging, Kafka, Event Hubs, Middleware.\n\n- Cloud : AWS (MSK, S3, Lambda, ECS, OpenSearch).\n\n- Data : SQL, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Lakehouse architectures, MDM (Reltio).\n\n- DevOps : Python, Terraform, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- 10+ years of experience in Integration Architecture, Data Integration, Solution Architecture or Engineering Leadership.\n\n- Strong practical experience in enterprise data integration and data platforms.\n\n- Strong experience with real-time and batch data integration.\n\n- Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.\n\n- Ability to work with multiple technical and business stakeholders.\n\n- Strong communication, problem-solving and technical leadership skills.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- Experience building data pipelines using Databricks.\n\n- Experience with enterprise MDM / Reference Data Management.\n\n- Experience with event-driven and cloud-native architectures.\n\n- Experience in designing highly scalable and resilient integration platforms.\n\n- Experience working with global enterprise environments.\n\nSkills\nSolution Architect, Data Integration, AWS, Python, Kafka, SQL, Data Warehousing, DataLake, MDM","description_format":"text","description_chars":3030,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":10,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["IT Consulting & Digital Transformation","AI Consulting & Integration","Data Engineering & Migration Services"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-01T08:00:00Z"}],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":30,"reasons":["seen:0","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-01T21:14:18Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/celebal-tech-solution-architect-data-integration","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/celebal-tech-solution-architect-data-integration.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-01T21:14:18Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":3857,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":1143,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-02T00:00:00Z"}}}
