Forward Deployed Engineer/Technical Architect/Senior Technical Lead - Full Stack, Cloud & GenAI (Preferred).
Location : Jaipur.
Experience : 6 - 8 Years.
Employment : Full-time.
Positions : Multiple.
Role Overview :
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Architect/Senior Technical Lead with strong experience in full-stack development, cloud-native applications, APIs, data platforms, and distributed systems. The candidate should be able to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, make architecture decisions, guide engineering teams, and remain hands-on through implementation and production.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design end-to-end application, API, integration, data, and cloud architectures.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Guide engineering teams and review code/designs.
- Evaluate technologies and architecture trade-offs.
- Support cloud deployment, performance, security, and production readiness.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and mentor developers.
- Build POCs/prototypes where required.
Required Skills :
1. Full Stack :
- JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js.
- Angular or React.js or similar modern frontend framework.
- REST APIs; exposure to GraphQL/WebSockets.
- Microservices / modular monoliths.
- Caching and asynchronous processing.
2. Backend :
- Python; FastAPI preferred.
- API development, async programming, testing and performance optimization.
3. Cloud & Distributed Systems :
- Strong Azure or AWS experience.
- Cloud-native services, API Management/API Gateway, messaging and storage.
- SQL/NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, DynamoDB.
- Redis, event-driven architecture, scaling, retries, idempotency and resiliency.
4. DevOps & Security :
- Docker; Kubernetes preferred.
- CI/CD, monitoring, logging and observability.
- OAuth/OIDC, JWT, RBAC, IAM, secrets management and OWASP principles.
5. GenAI - Advantage (Preferred) :
- Azure OpenAI / OpenAI or equivalent.
- RAG, embeddings, vector search and retrieval.
- Prompt engineering, tool calling and AI agents.
- Structured outputs, guardrails and AI evaluation.
- LangChain, LangGraph or Semantic Kernel.
Ideal Candidate :
- 6 - 8 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on full-stack and production application experience.
- Significant contribution to enterprise architecture.
- Strong understanding of scalability, performance, security and reliability.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Comfortable moving across: Requirements - Design - Development - Cloud - Data - Security - Deployment - Production.
- Preferred background: Developer - Senior Engineer - Technical Lead - Technical Architect.
