This role suits someone who is enthusiastic about contributing to the success of our business. You'll join our service team to support our increasing client base and help ensure we continue to deliver outstanding customer service. You are comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders and have a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.\nYour Education, Experience and Skills\nExperience working with fire alarm systems and routine testing activities\n\nKnowledge of AS1851 and associated Australian Standards\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with clients and provide a high level of customer service\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes\n\nAbility to manage workloads and complete tasks within required timeframes\n\nComfortable using mobile devices, reporting systems and Microsoft Office applications\n\nCurrent Victorian Driver's Licence\n\nSuccessful applicant required to undertake a Police Check and any client-specific clearances as required\n\nDesirable Skills and Experience\nExperience testing, maintaining or servicing Fire Indicator Panels and Emergency Warning Systems\n\nFPAS accreditation\n\nRelevant trade qualification or equivalent experience within the fire protection industry\n\nExperience preparing compliance documentation, service reports and quotations\n\nAbility to support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team success\n\nStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skills\n\nWe know that people do not always meet every requirement listed in a job advertisement.
