You will lead a new growing in-house team of trades professionals, delivering high-quality maintenance services to internal clients across a broad range of trade disciplines. These include Electrical Technicians, Carpenters, Plumbers, Painters, Roofers and more.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for the end-to-end coordination of works - from scoping, quoting, and scheduling to quality assurance and compliance.
