In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments through a combination of routine cleaning, specialty cleaning, and facility support services.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, takes ownership of their work, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.\nWhat You'll Do Routine Cleaning & Facility Care\nMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across assigned facilities\nVacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize common areas, offices, meeting rooms, and other workspaces\nClean and sanitize washrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure facilities remain fully stocked\nCollect and dispose of waste and recycling materials\nClean interior glass surfaces and entrance areas\nPerform exterior litter collection and maintain building surroundings\nSpecialized Cleaning Services\nDeep clean carpets, upholstered furniture, and floor surfaces\nOperate specialized cleaning equipment, including auto scrubbers, carpet extractors, and floor-care machines\nStrip, refinish, polish, and restore hard floor surfaces\nPerform pressure washing of exterior surfaces and walkways\nComplete high-level dusting and detailed cleaning projects\nSupport emergency cleaning and restoration activities related to spills, leaks, flooding, and contamination incidents\nRemove snow and ice hazards from walkways and entrances when required\nQuality & Site Support\nConduct quality inspections and site assessments\nDocument completed work through photos and reporting tools\nReport facility deficiencies and maintenance concerns\nAssist with the installation and repair of washroom dispensers and related equipment\nCoordinate the movement of cleaning equipment, supplies, and materials between locations\nSupport a safe working environment by following all health, safety, and environmental procedures\nWhat You Bring Required Experience\nMinimum 3 years of experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional cleaning environments\nExperience operating professional cleaning equipment and machinery\nStrong understanding of cleaning methods, products, and industry best practices\nKnowledge of WHMIS and workplace safety requirements\nSkills & Attributes\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently\nReliable, organized, and detail-oriented\nStrong communication and customer service skills\nComfortable using smartphones, tablets, and digital reporting tools\nPositive attitude and commitment to safety\nCollaborative team player who takes pride in delivering quality results\nWhat We're Looking For\nYou thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
