At this level, projects managed are typically of moderate complexity, risk and exposure.\nIn collaboration with clients, defines project scope, deliverables and requirements.\nDevelops and implements project plans and schedules.\nDetermines resource and budget requirements, cost estimates, and timelines.\nMonitors project delivery against timelines and ensures timely completion.\nOversees the activities of project team members and monitors project task completion.\nCommunicates project status to relevant concerned parties.\nEnsures projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget and requirements, and complies with all regulatory, environmental and health and safety requirements.\nClient Relationship Management:\nDevelops and maintains effective relationships with clients.\nResponsible for resolving issues, managing client expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.\nOther duties as assigned.\nKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS\nProject management - proven ability and experience in delivering projects on-time, on-budget, within specifications and in-compliant with all requirements including but not limited to regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements.\nProject Budget management - proven ability and experience in developing and managing budgets.\nProject risk mitigation and management - proven ability and experience in mitigating and managing project risks.\nCommunication - strong communication, influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills.\nRelationship building - proven ability and experience in building and maintaining effective relationships\nClient management - proven ability and experience in managing client relationships and expectations\nClient service orientation - strong client service orientation\nProject team leadership - proven ability and experience in project team leadership\nVendor management - proven ability and experience in managing vendor performance\nQuality - possesses a continuous improvement and quality mindset along with a desire to continuously seek and incorporate best practices and technologies in order to optimize program delivery and deliver value to the client\nComputer proficiency - proficient in and experience with MS Office suite of applications along with proven ability to quickly learn new applications\nThis is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $54,185 - $67,732 per annum.
