Key activities include but are not limited to client account group interviews, advanced financial analysis and the modeling of proposals in the creation of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint communication summaries.\nKEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nStrategic Planning & Delivery\nRequires strong stakeholder management capabilities in order to understand business requirements\nDevelops and recommends advanced and complex strategic plans for Manager review\nImplements strategic plans\nSourcing Strategy\nDevelops and recommends sourcing strategies that maximize value and mitigate risks to the company and its clients.\nImplements sourcing strategy\nReviews and measures the effectiveness of the strategy\nOpportunities Assessment & Implementation\nLeads and performs opportunities assessment activities and drives leverage across client accounts\nAchieves improvements in operational efficiencies and cost savings as a result\nCompetitive Bids\nExecutes end-to-end competitive bid process for strategic plans\nNegotiates with suppliers to secure optimum cost and maximum value\nSupplier Performance Measurement & Management\nIdentifies and implements performance metrics to measure and take action to improve supplier performance\nMeasures and manages supplier performance\nResponsible for supplier performance for assigned categories and reports on supplier sustainability\nSupplier Relationship Management\nDevelops and maintains effective relationships with suppliers\nSupplier Contractual Agreements\nNegotiates, develops, implements, amends and monitors supplier contractual agreements\nStrategic Sourcing Best Practices & Industry Trends\nMaintains in-depth and current category knowledge as well as knowledge of strategic sourcing best practices and industry trends\nProvides category and strategic sourcing subject matter expertise for complex categories and / or geographic areas.\nDevelop and maintain benchmarking activity for assigned categories\nVendor Qualification & Set-Up Process\nValidate vendor set up and vendor information changes\nPerform Anti-Bribery and Corruption due diligence\nSupport\nDevelops maintains standard templates for strategic sourcing documentations including but not limited to RFx templates, contract agreements, scopes of work, service level agreements, and letters of agreements\nEnsure adherence to Company Policies, Processes and Work Instructions\nPrepares reports including but not limited to Purchase Order summary reports\nInteract with Operational and Finance team members to meet monthly requirements.\nSupport Sourcing team members as required.\nOther\nSpecial projects and other duties as assigned\nKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS\nUniversity graduation or professional certification\nMinimum 3-5 years’ experience in Strategic Sourcing field\nKnowledge of strategic sourcing requirements and practices. Maintains current knowledge\nAbility to develop and execute category management strategies and plans\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nAbility to develop and execute supplier contract agreements\nAdvanced analytical and problem solving skills\nComputer proficiency in MS Office applications.
