Other duties include collecting and entering participant information into our computer database system, promoting additional study participation and referrals from current study participants, and making reminder call-outs to study participants that are registered for screenings.\nAvailable Schedule:\nThis position will be scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:30 am - 6:00 pm or 11:30 am - 8:00 pm.\nRequirements:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required\nMust demonstrate excellent communication skills\nMust demonstrate commitment to providing outstanding customer service\nAble to sort information and interpret written and verbal instructions\nAccuracy and attention to detail\nPrevious Call Center experience preferred\nData entry experience preferred\nOne year sales, telemarketing, promotional, public relations or related experience preferred\nAbility to work in required work environment, including but not limited to exposure to second hand smoke from combustible cigarettes and vapors from electronic cigarettes on a daily basis\nAccording to the Code of Virginia 18.2-371.2B, employees must be 21 years of age to work around tobacco
