Celerion is currently seeking a full-time Clinical Research Recruiter to join our clinical study recruitment team.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Clinical Research Recruiter, you will be the first point of contact for individuals interested in taking part in clinical research studies. You will play a vital role in helping potential participants understand the research process, discussing medical history and study requirements, and determining eligibility for upcoming clinical studies.\nThis is a fast-paced, people-focused role where strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to discuss medical information professionally and sensitively over the telephone are essential.\nYou will be based at our Early Clinical Research facility in Belfast, NI on a full time basis.\nResponsibilites\nRespond to inbound enquiries from individuals interested in participating in clinical studies.\n\nConduct telephone screenings to assess participant eligibility against study criteria.\n\nCollect, interpret, and accurately record participant medical history information within database systems.\n\nDiscuss medical conditions, medications, and study requirements with potential participants in a clear and professional manner.\n\nMake outbound calls to prospective and existing study participants.\n\nProvide accurate information regarding study opportunities and participation requirements.\n\nMaintain confidentiality and comply with all relevant procedures and regulatory requirements.\n\nDeliver an outstanding participant experience throughout the recruitment process.\n\nRequirements\nWe're keen to hear from candidates who have:\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nA confident and professional telephone manner.\n\nThe ability to discuss medical information comfortably, professionally, and empathetically with members of the public.\n\nKnowledge of medical terminology and an ability to understand and accurately document medical histories.\n\nPrevious experience in customer service, healthcare, recruitment, contact centre, or a similarly regulated environment.\n\nStrong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.\n\nGood organisational and time-management skills.\n\nThe ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer-based
