IT Help Desk

About the Role 

Celero is hiring an Argentina-based IT Help Desk Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support for the company's growing Argentina engineering team, while also extending IT support coverage for the broader organization. This role owns end-user support end-to-end, from ticket intake through resolution, and helps build out the local processes, vendor relationships, and documentation that make IT support sustainable as the team grows. You'll report to the IT Director and work alongside Celero's existing IT support partner and, over time, a growing US-based IT organization spanning Help Desk, Infrastructure, Applications, and Security. 

Key Responsibilities:

• M365 Administration - support and administration across Intune, Entra ID, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Defender 
• Ticket Queue Management - triage, prioritize, and resolve Level 1 support tickets (password resets, VPN issues, performance/disk issues, conference room/AV issues), escalating to Infrastructure when needed 
• IT Procurement - ordering and coordinating laptops, monitors, docks, cameras, keyboards/mice, cables, and printer supplies for the Argentina team 
• Asset Lifecycle Management - asset tagging, inventory management, joining devices to the M365 tenant, and engaging Lenovo support as needed 
• Onboarding & Offboarding - new-hire account creation (email, Zoom, Navan, Cadence OnCloud, Celero Cloud), welcome communications, equipment delivery, and account deactivation/equipment retrieval for departures 
• Mobile Device Management - phone/tablet enrollment, Intune MDM policy application, remote wipe 
• Conference Room / AV Support - day-to-day troubleshooting of Zoom Room hardware, displays, and audio equipment 
• Knowledge Base & Documentation - maintaining SOPs, onboarding/offboarding checklists, and internal wiki content 
• Software License Management - tracking seats and renewals for smaller SaaS tools, requesting new licenses 
• End User Security Awareness - supporting phishing-report handling, basic security hygiene guidance, and MFA enrollment help 
• Bilingual Support - handling support requests and documentation in both English and Spanish 
• Local Vendor Coordination - managing Argentina-based equipment procurement and shipping relationships 
• Local IT Compliance Awareness - applying Argentina-relevant data handling and device considerations to day-to-day support work 

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an IT help desk, service desk, or technical support role 
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, or similar) 
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) 
• Experience supporting hardware procurement, asset tracking, and device lifecycle management 
• Strong troubleshooting skills and clear, patient communication with non-technical end users 
• Comfortable working some hours that overlap with US Pacific/Eastern business hours 
• Self-directed and comfortable being the on-the-ground IT presence for a growing regional team 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment 
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zammad 
• Exposure to engineering or semiconductor company environments 
• Experience with Wiki.js or similar documentation platforms 
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
