The role focuses on optimizing manufacturing workflows, driving data analysis, ensuring system/OT documentation, and managing line-level technical operations.\nDetailed Description\nPerforms tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:\nPlan and maintain document and backup structures.\n\nProvide expert-level technical support for manufacturing engineering initiatives, including process, industrial, quality, and development engineering efforts.\n\nResponsible for understanding and implementing customer technical roadmaps and related development projects.\n\nUnderstand customer technical requirements and provide clear feedback to team members.\n\nAdhere to development schedules provided by senior technical experts.\n\nGenerate data analysis reports for relevant areas following the implementation of solutions/improvements.\n\nIdentify and implement opportunities to reduce manufacturing complexity.\n\nEnsure timely transfer of product documentation and information in support of product/process changes (system/OT).\n\nEnsure all procedures are documented, up to date, and regularly communicated to management regarding critical technical aspects of test rooms/line modules.\n\nWork collaboratively as a team member to resolve issues related to support processes, recommend alternative solutions, and implement final recommendations.\n\nEnsure all current programs operate using industry best practices and the latest software revisions.\n\nKnowledge/Skills/Competencies\nDegree or Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nFresh graduates are welcome; knowledge of computer systems, Arduino, PIE, SQL, C, VB, web programming, and OT is an advantage.\n\nExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Databases).\n\nKnowledge of inspection tools (Vision, Print test) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is an advantage.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of industry quality standards and Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies.\n\nHands-on capability in troubleshooting process-related issues and delivering analytical solutions.\n\nStrong ability to multitask effectively.\n\nAbility to systematically delegate and assign job loads to subordinates.\n\nThoroughly trained in and understanding of operational procedures.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nPhysical Demands\nDuties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.\nDuties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data. \nRepetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.\nOccasional travel may be required.\nTypical Experience\n1 to 3 years of related experienc;Experience in similar job roles\nTypical Education\nBachelor degree or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nEducational Requirements may vary by Geography\nNotes\nThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities of the position.
