The incumbent may also attend to the offices and other areas from time to time. Other responsibilities include installing and configuring PCs, maintaining and upgrading clients, applications & operating system.\nDetailed Description\nPerforms tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:\nProvides direct support on all IT technical problems on the factory floor production lines\nCompletes computer setup, operating system, clients software update, security patching and follows up on audit issues\nProvides daily support to end users and resolves eHelpdesk tickets\nAssists IT Solutions/Infrastructure Assistant or above on all functions\nKnowledge/Skills/Competencies\nCustomer service orientation\nTroubleshooting & problem resolving skills\nGood Communication (both oral and written)\nGood knowledge of the Windows OS (client) and the desktop operating environment.\nFundamental knowledge of networking concepts\nFundamental knowledge of infrastructure diagnostic tools and processes\nFundamental knowledge of end-point security management tools and processes\nTypical Experience\n1 to 3 years of related experienc;Experience in similar job roles\nTypical Education\nTwo or Three Year Community College Diploma or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nEducational Requirements may vary by Geography\n\nNotes\nThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities of the position.
