The engineer will provide full support throughout the manufacturing process for the electrical systems they have designed.\nDetailed Description\nDetailed Responsibilities\nKey tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:\nDesign, develop, and implement technical solutions for complex projects. Participate in project planning and scheduling.\nProvide technical leadership and guidance to global engineering teams.\nTake responsibility for non-technical aspects of projects, such as team management and financial oversight.\nProactively plan for the team to be utilizing leading edge software and equipment, matching with the project and business needs and ensuring that they are properly funded for.\nReview and interpret customer specifications, and potentially act as the primary point of contact for customers.\nAnalyze trade-offs in complex systems and recommend optimal solutions.
