The analyst is responsible for tracking sitelevel results, preparing plant reporting packages, and supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen site profitability and operational efficiency.\nDetailed Description\n1. Financial Planning & Forecasting\nHelp develop, maintain, and improve site budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.\nSupports the Site Controller / Site Finance Manager in the consolidation of financial inputs from manufacturing operations and ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate guidelines.\nPrepares reporting summaries and analyses revenue, margin (PCM), cost (TPS), and cash-flow results to support local decision-making.\nIdentify risks and opportunities and communicate their impact to site leadership.\n2. Performance Reporting & Analysis\nSupports the Site Controller / Site Finance Manager in the preparation of the monthly and quarterly plant management reporting packages, including variance analysis, KPIs, and operational dashboards.\nAnalyze trends in production costs, direct labor, overhead, yield/scrap, productivity, and profitability across plant lines and departments.\nTranslate financial results into actionable insights for site management to address with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams.\nSupport root-cause analysis for deviations from plan (AOP, BOQ, Flash) and recommend corrective actions.\n3. Business Partnering\nCollaborate with area managers, operations managers, and functional site leaders to drive financial accountability.\nProvide financial support for site initiatives such as cost-reduction programs, yield improvements, and productivity projects.\nParticipate in cross-functional plant reviews and present financial insights to site leadership.\n4. Tools, Systems & Process Improvement\nMaintain and enhance site financial models, reporting templates, and planning tools.\nSupport system implementations or upgrades related to site FP&A and shop-floor operations.\nDrive standardization and automation of reporting across the manufacturing site.\nEnsure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.\nSystematically track the performance of completed CAPEX projects at the site level to validate the original business case and forecast.\nKnowledge/Skills/Competencies\n Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, HFM or similar) and standard costing is essential.\nAnalytical skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex operational and financial data.
