You will create the integrated plan, establish the operating rhythm and keep the team foused on the decisions and evidence needed to deliver a high-qulaity hardware solution on time and at the expected cost.\nDetailed Description\nWhat you’ll do:\nOwn delivery: Plan and drive complex hardware programs from concept through launch, aligning scope, schedule, cost, quality, features, fulfillment, and customer-specific requirements.\nLead the core team: Bring together engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, finance, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams; establish operating rhythm, decisions, and clear accountability.\nBuild the plan: Create and maintain the integrated program plan, work breakdown structure, milestones, resource needs, dependencies, and readiness criteria.\nControl execution: Track progress against baseline, identify variance early, and drive corrective actions across design, integration, validation, manufacturing readiness, and deployment.\nManage risk and change: Maintain visible risk, issue, and dependency management; lead trade-off discussions and implement approved changes through the product lifecycle process.\nTranslate complexity: Turn technical and operational detail into concise updates on schedule, cost, risk, decisions, and customer impact for business leaders and stakeholders.\nStrengthen the system: Improve program-management practices, templates, governance, and cross-functional ways of working while sharing knowledge with other program leaders.\nKnowledge/Skills/Competencies\nWhat you bring\nProgram leadership: Proven success leading complex, cross-functional hardware or systems programs with multiple workstreams and interdependencies.\nTechnical fluency: Working knowledge of server, accelerated-compute, AI, or other technically complex products; able to engage credibly with design and systems engineers without needing to be the deepest technical expert.\nExecution discipline: Strong command of scope, schedule, resource planning, budget/forecast management, risk mitigation, change control, and program governance.\nInfluence: Ability to align teams without direct authority, resolve conflicts, make decisions visible, and escalate issues with clear options and recommendations.\nCommunication: Clear, concise written and verbal communication with engineers, operations teams, customers, and leadership.\n Adaptability: Comfort operating in fast-moving environments where requirements, technology, and priorities evolve.\nPhysical Demands\nDuties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.\nDuties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data. \nRepetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.\nOccasional travel may be required.\nSalary\nThe stated range includes Base Salary and target Short-Term Incentive (STI) compensation only.
