This role acts as a trusted advisor to management and employees alike. As the HR Business Partner, you'll be responsible to provide expert guidance and support on all people-related matters. This includes talent management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development, all while ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and driving key HR initiatives to help our teams thrive.\nDetailed Description\nResponsibilities\nServe as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing consultation and support to management and employees.\nAct as a strategic partner to the management team, providing advice, counsel, direction, and training on business issues that impact employees, organizational effectiveness, and company personnel practices or initiatives.\nProvide coaching to managers and supervisors on performance development and corrective action.\nDevelop, recommend, implement, and maintain performance management programs, ensuring their consistent and timely application.\nManage the rollout of corporate HR programs, such as compensation and benefits policies, performance management & development, and employee surveys.\nConduct internal investigations into employee misconduct, including gathering evidence, interviewing involved parties, consulting with legal counsel, making recommendations, and documenting findings thoroughly.\nPartner with functional leadership to implement organizational changes and conduct ongoing assessments of skill competencies, knowledge, and talent needs.\nEnsure consistent application of policies and procedures for recruiting, rewarding, retaining, recognizing, and developing people.\nEnsure compliance to corporate policies, governmental regulations, and laws by keeping abreast of legislative decisions and changes in employment laws to limit legal exposure and liability.\nKnowledge/Skills/Competencies\nStrong integrity with ability to maintain confidentiality and apply absolute discretion to all matters given managing highly sensitive information\nProven ability to act as a team player in a collaborative environment\nInitiative and willingness to tackle new challenges\nOutstanding organization skills required\nMultitasking abilities are an absolute must\nA keen attention to detail\nIn-depth knowledge of government regulations and extensive knowledge of labor laws.\nExperience with HRIS systems.\nAbility to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal customers.\nAbility to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities, and organize work in a manner that allows for timely completion of projects.\nKnowledge of computer applications and the ability to accurately perform tasks in some or all of the following applications: Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Visio.\nAbility to effectively organize and motivate team members with a diverse group of skill sets.\nTypical Experience\n10+ years relevant experience.\nProfessional Designation; Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or HR Certification Institute (HRCI) is required.\nTypical Education\nBachelor's degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nEducational requirements may vary by geography.\nNotes\nThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities of the position.
