We are currently seeking an Import/Export Analyst to join our team in Forth Worth Texas\nDetailed Description\nDetailed Description\nProvides user support for import & export systems including problem resolution, customs queries, user issues and recommends/supports system changes.\nParticipates in the evaluation, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of specific SCM business processes including cost savings and cycle time reduction.\nProvides ongoing support in resolving process/execution issues with both internal and external customers.\nResponds to requests for support/service and develops processes to meet customer demands to ensure satisfaction.\nProvides necessary data for bid activity on import/ export and transportation related costs.\nMonitors activities of the team against defined objectives, reports on achievements and proposes ways in which performance can be improved.\nMaintains applicable system tables in support of related activity.\nPerforms other duties assigned by manager\nKnowledge/Skills/Competencies\n2-4 years of relevant experience & preferably a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have working knowledge on how to classify products incorporating the rules and regulations for the US without relying on any AI tools for classification.\nGood knowledge of electronics manufacturing environment, material and processes.\nStrong understanding and interpretation of logistics and US Customs rules and regulations.\nStrong working knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and business applications such as SAP.
