Provide support and user training on selected systems (for example SFC, ERP and local applications) and participate in IT projects.\nDetailed Description\nPerforms tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:\nGather and document business requirements by engaging with business partners\nWork with various IT teams and the business partners to deliver IT solutions\nRespond to system problems by analyzing the issue and determining the next course of action\nProvide system training to end users\nParticipate in various IT projects as required\nWork closely with users to support the Shop floor Operation software.\nAnalyses the solution and develops the program to support business or customer requirements.\nWork with the team or other functional teams for system enhancement, new project implementation, including designing, program specification, developing, testing, training, and support.\nTroubleshoot the software/ hardware problem and provide technical support.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nMaintaining systems by monitoring and correcting software defects.\nKnowledge/Skills/Competencies\nStrong customer service orientation\nGood knowledge of hardware, software, and programming languages.\nAbility to use multiple development languages (Azure, C#, VB, ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS/HTML, MVC, Bootstrap, .NET Framework, .NET Core, etc.)\nHave knowledge or experience in Azure SQL Server and Web Service Programming.\nHaving experience in a position involving application development and maintenance will be useful.\nGood written and oral communication skills in English.\nGood analytical, problem-solving ability, ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.\nGood organizational, time management skills, ability to work accurately under pressure of deadlines with frequent interruptions.\nPhysical Demands\nDuties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.\nDuties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
