They also may support the test development of the test equipment and processes to ensure robust and high quality test solutions and final products are realized.\nDetailed Description\nPerforms tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:\nUnder supervision and with minimal assistance define, specify, qualify, install, support and optimize test process and test equipment solutions for manufacturing. \nLead test process optimization, with a focus on productivity improvements to cycle time and yield for a specific set of equipment within an Operations value stream \nDebug of test process and equipment solutions using design of experiments, tools, and failure analysis methodologies\nCollaborate with Quality, Process and Equipment engineers to detect and solve product and test yield and performance issues\nDevelop improvement roadmaps for test coverage, diagnosability, reparability, test time reductions and OEE\nAnalyze and interpret data and information from yield reports and equipment logs and product diagnostics to determine sources of yield loss\nProvide solution support to process engineers to improve detection of known defect types as part of a Process Control plan\nSupport development of test equipment integration into Manufacturing Execution Systems including yield, tester log and product parametric information.\nKnowledge/Skills/Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.\nProficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.\nSolid understanding of test methodologies and equipment used in manufacturing (e.g., functional testing, in-circuit testing, parametric testing).\nFamiliarity with Design of Experiments (DOE) principles and their application in process optimization and problem-solving.\nKnowledge of failure analysis techniques and methodologies.\nUnderstanding of quality management principles and their application in a manufacturing setting.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.\nAbility to develop and present technical documentation and reports.\nBasic understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and data integration concepts (desirable).\nFamiliarity with process control plans and their relationship to test processes.\nBilingual proficiency in both Thai and English (written and verbal) is required to effectively support local manufacturing operations and collaborate with our global teams.\nTypical Experience\nMin. 5 years of experience in manufacturing test engineering role, preferably within a high-volume production environment.\nDemonstrated experience in defining, specifying, qualifying, installing, and supporting test processes and equipment.\nTypical Education\nEngineering Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent\nNotes\nThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities of the position.
