Including managing raw material intake and finished goods outbound.\nPlan and direct daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping workflows.\nHire, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse associates, forklift operators, and leads across one or more shifts.\nMonitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and WMS reconciliation; investigate and resolve discrepancies.\nTrack and report operational KPIs.\nEnforce safety policies, conduct regular safety audits, and investigate and document workplace incidents and near-misses.\nCoordinate inbound freight scheduling with carriers and suppliers to maintain dock flow and prevent receiving backlogs.\nManage space utilization: plan product slotting, evaluate racking configuration, and adjust storage layouts for seasonal volume shifts.\nEvaluate and improve warehouse processes; implement lean or 5S initiatives to reduce waste and increase throughput.\nKnowledge/Skills/Competencies\nBusiness, budget, finance and project management skills\nCustomer service aptitude\nAttention to detail\nProblem-solving skills\nLeadership and administrative skills\nComputer skills in industry software and business information systems\nCollaborator management skills\nSalary\nThe range described in this posting is an estimate by the Company, and may change based on several factors, including but not limited to a change in the duties covered by the job posting, or the credentials, experience or geographic jurisdiction of the successful candidate.\nSalary Range: $96,000-$115,000 Annually.\nCelestica provides eligible employees (those who are scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week) with a range of benefits including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, short and long term disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, PTO and a 401k plan with company match.\nTypical Experience\n3-5 years in warehouse operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role\nDirect experience with WMS administration, not just operator-level use\nTrack record of managing a team of at least 5-10 warehouse employees\nTypical Education\nBachelor's degree in supply chain, business, industrial engineering, or logistics (preferred by large operators and 3PLs)\nAssociate degree or high school diploma with 5+ years of progressive warehouse experience (common path at independent companies)\nNotes\nThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities of the position.
