Builds internal and external relationships, with emphasis on those that facilitate the achievement of job/role accountabilities, such as relationships with key suppliers, customers and internal service.\nDetailed Description\nPerforms tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:\nDevelops and documents new processes in the area of logistics. \nProvides direction to team on process enhancements. \nReviews and updates existing processes and provides direction to team on implementing process enhancements. \nParticipates in the evaluation, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of specific SCM business processes including cost savings and cycle time reduction. \nProvides ongoing support in resolving process/execution issues with both internal and external customers. \nManages requests for support/service and develops processes to meet customer demands and ensure satisfaction. \nLeads in the rapid identification, analysis, and resolution of problems to ensure the minimum interruption to the team's work. \nDevelops tools for tracking of measurements and performance. \nMonitors activities of the team against defined objectives, reports on achievements and proposes ways in which performance can be improved.
