The Quality Specialist will manage the site Quality Management System (QMS), create and maintain quality documentation, conduct ETQ training, serve as the anchor for customer-facing audits, and manage internal and external ISO and ESD audits to ensure a continuous flow of high-quality products.\nGeneral Overview\nFunctional Area: Quality (QUA)\nCareer Stream: Operations Quality (OPQ)\nRole: Specialist (SPE)\nJob Title: Specialist, Operations Quality\nJob Code: SPE-QUA-OPQ\nDetailed Description\nPerforms tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:\nLead the team to handle all quality excursions independently, and take effective actions on time\n\nOversee the product & material quality from NPI to mass production\n\nDevelop, create, and maintain internal quality system documentation, procedures, work instructions, and workmanship standards\n\nServe as the primary anchor for customer-facing audits, including site qualification and compliance audits for clients such as Google and Cruise Pay\n\nManage and lead internal and external audits for ISO 9001 and ESD 2020 standards\n\nConduct ETQ training across multiple system modules for site personnel\n\nMonitor and report quality KPIs for internal (factory) and external (customer) metrics\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to benefit customers, CLS, and suppliers\n\nFollow up on Engineering Changes (EC) and Supplier Process Change Notifications (SPCN) to ensure timely and accurate implementation\n\nCoach quality staff to improve quality knowledge and standards awareness\n\nAccomplish the jobs assignment from the superior and participate in the quality strategy deployment.\n\nKnowledge/Skills/Competencies\nCertified Lead Auditor for ESD 2020 with complete auditing knowledge and hands-on audit experience\n\nISO 9001:2015 Certification\n\nDemonstrated experience creating QMS documentation and managing Quality Management Systems\n\nStrong proficiency in ETQ across multiple modules and ability to deliver employee training\n\nStrong knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, PMP, SPC, 8D methodology) and manufacturing processes\n\nKnowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Kaizen, and IPC standards\n\nProven ability to lead customer-facing audits and communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders\n\nCertification: Current certification in IPC-A-610 and/or IPC J-STD-001 as either a Certified IPC Specialist (CIS) or Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) is required.
