Builds internal and external relationships, with emphasis on those that facilitate the achievement of job/role accountabilities, such as relationships with key suppliers, customers and internal service.\nDetailed Description\nPerforms tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:\nThis position typically relates to areas in WCM, Global Process & Change Management, Six Sigma programs or the design, deployment and support of various operational support applications such as Shop Floor Control Systems / Operating Models / Maintenance Management Systems / etc.\nAssesses the alignment of production, support and engineering processes and practices with Celestica's Values, corporate strategies and Celesticas specific business assessment.\nWorks as part of a team to select the appropriate change management tools & approach, and then contracts with the affected areas to lead the change process to make the necessary changes to close the gaps identified.\nShares the accountability for closing the gaps and is measured on the same customer and operational metrics as the affected areas.\nKnowledge/Skills/Competencies\nAdvanced knowledge in engineering, business, organization design, operational and quality processes\nExcellent interpersonal skills\nKnowledge in appropriate industry standards such as ISO, TL, QS, Baldrige\nTypical Experience\nThree to six years of relevant experience\nTypical Education\nBachelor's degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nEducational Requirements may vary by Geography\nNotes\nThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities of the position.
