Ensure maximum utilization of critical resources, optimize throughput, minimize costs, and support capacity growth by integrating equipment, people, material flow, and information systems.\n\nProblem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to products, processes, and components that impact manufacturing efficiency and operational stability.\n\nDesign for Manufacturability (DFM): Provide constructive feedback to product designers to ensure designs are optimized for efficient and cost-effective manufacturability.\n\nMaterial Flow & Logistics: Develop and implement strategies for standard material supermarkets and material supply systems, including leveling schedules, to ensure seamless material flow.\n\nKnowledge/Skills/Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify optimal solutions.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\nFamiliarity with manufacturing software and automation technologies.\n\nGood command both Thai and English.\n\nPhysical Demands\nDuties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.\nDuties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data. \nRepetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.\nOccasional travel may be required.\nTypical Experience\n5 - 7 years of experience in Industrial Engineer role in the manufacturing industry.\nAt lease 3 years in leader or senior level.\nTypical Education\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.\n\nNotes\nThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities of the position.
