Builds internal and external relationships that require exchanging information and providing some explanations in a problem solving capacity.\nDetailed Description\nSupplier Development Admin performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:\nProviding a total Administrative data analysis support for Supplier development dept\nProvide strong assistance to the Global Commodity Management team, fostering a culture of quality mindset and accountability.\nTo administrate & Maintain localisation tracker [data analysis] for China/US exit subtier change parts movements, trigerring/updating stake holders until closure.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier-related SNF/SPCN/SCR/issue tracker updating\nAttend meetings with stake holders with or without the assistance of dept Engineer/Manager to timely update SNF / Supplier change progress if have to.\nParticipate in the development of supplier general processes and special processes such as welding, machining, powder coating, painting, plating, anodizing, and polishing,to obtain general knowledge , optional\nProvide informative support in supplier/component issues arising from related change management and/or product qualification processes.\nAdhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by management\nKnowledge/Skills/Competencies\nKnowledge of Excel application is a must , for data analysis\nKnowledge of Core Quality Tools including PFMEA, Control Plans is a plus\nUnderstanding of GD&T and control of Key/Critical characteristics is a plus\nGood communication skills\nStrategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a strong sense of accountability\nSuperb analytical abilities\nHighly motivated, passionate and collaborative, pleasant personality\nMinimum 2-5 years of proven experience data analysis.\nDilploma in Engineering or Business Administration, or related field\nPhysical Demands\nDuties of this position are performed in a manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, hazardous substances, etc.\nDuties of this position require occasional sustained concentration to focus on small areas, objects, computers, etc.\nDuties of this position require occasional light physical effort and exertion including prolonged repetitive motion, standing, sitting in a confined work space, climbing, using equipment, handling lightweight materials, etc.\nDuties of this position require occasional heavy manual effort and considerable exertion including lifting objects over 20 pounds, requiring straining, pulling and lifting.\nTypical Experience\nMinimum 2-5 years of proven experience data analysis\nTypical Education\nTwo or three year general technical college diploma/degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nEducational requirements may vary by geography\nNotes\nThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities of the position.
