Lead cross-functional, global core team(s), kick off programs, establish schedules and drive meetings. Acts as the primary interface between the customer and the company for managing NPI projects within established professional standards, established policy, and/or established objectives. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress using appropriate tools and techniques. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Delegate project tasks to project team member; coordination & documentation. Track project performance accordingly to the respective phase gates, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Understand technical risk and able to push technical envelope whenever possible to design packaging solution that is processable, optimizing quality vs cost and cycle time.
