Apply today and take the first step towards an exciting new career with CellCarta!\nPosition Summary\nReporting to Supervisor of Clinical Study Associates, the Clinical Study Associate I will be a part of the Clinical Operations team and will provide administrative support to the Project Management team, with a primary focus on logistics sales order creation.\nYour responsibilities will include sales order creation, data entry and data compilation, coordination and monitoring of outbound supply orders, and maintaining accurate information within the inventory management system. You will also support other tasks related to study conduct.\nThrough these activities, you will contribute to the 3Ts: always keeping the project on Task, on Track, and on Time.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Logistics Sales Order Creation and Coordination\nCreate sales orders in the inventory management system.\nEnsure accurate data entry of information required for sales order creation.\nCoordinate and monitor outbound supply orders.\nEnter customer-specific price details into the inventory management system.\nCreate proforma invoices.\nCollaborate closely with the Project Management team to support sales order creation and outbound supply orders.\nExecute related tasks in the business process management system.\n 2.
