Apply today!\nPosition Summary\nThe Program Manager is responsible for managing ongoing client programs and ensuring that CellCarta delivers on time, within budget and in line with client expectations. As such, the Program Manager interacts with clients, Management, as well as Scientific and Operational teams to lead programs to completion, drive project progress and manage project financial health.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage client projects and programs (multiple ongoing projects for the same client) from initiation to closure\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within the budget and scope specified in contractual agreements\nManage changes in project scope, timelines and budget\nCoordinate and engage internal resources for flawless project execution\nManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, serving as the primary client contact\nDevelop project/program plans, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility\nTrack progress against project plans and set review meetings/dates to ensure projects remain on target\nIntervene to resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective actions or interventions wherever gaps in projects or programs are identified\nReport and escalate to senior leadership as needed\nQualifications\nMSc in life sciences\nAt least 3-5 years of experience in a similar client-facing/project management role\nEffective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills\nStrong organizational skills\nStrong knowledge of techniques for planning and managing projects/programs in terms of scope, schedule and budget\nExcellent client management skills\nSufficient seniority and credibility to advise and engage project teams to deliver as per contractual obligations\nAbility to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems\nStrong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nProficiency in French and English, both spoken and written; the incumbent will be required to interact with clients and colleagues outside Quebec, as well as read and draft documentation in English, as required by industry regulations\nWork Arrangements\nFull-time position (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday during regular daytime business hours, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 1 day per week onsite\nLocation: 3650 St-Urbain Street, Montreal, QC, Canada, H2X 2P2\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary\nComprehensive Group Insurance Plans\nTelemedicine service and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)\nRRSP contribution with employer matching\nVacation and personal days\nPartial parking reimbursement and discount on monthly STM pass\nEmployee Annual Incentive Plan (EAIP)\nVolunteer Time-Off Program\nOnsite gym\nCareer development opportunities\nAbout CellCarta\nCellCarta is a global CRO that provides muti-omic pharma laboratory services though a harmonized global footprint and integrated logistics, spanning translational research through late phase clinical trials.
