In this position, you will play a key role in coordinating logistics activities, building strong partnerships across teams, and supporting the successful execution of clinical studies.\nPosition Summary\nAs a Project Manager, Logistics, you will independently manage the logistics activities supporting our clinical studies, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with Global Project Management and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful set-up and execution of clinical studies.\nKey Responsibilities\nLogistics Project ManagementManage logistics activities for assigned clinical studies from set-up through close-out\nCoordinate the development of logistics requirements and instructions within the Lab Manual\nCoordinate shipments and clinical supply activities throughout the study lifecycle\nMonitor deliverables, timelines and, where applicable, associated budgets\nAssess the logistics impact of study amendments and scope changes\n\nStakeholder Coordination & CommunicationAct as a key logistics contact for Global Project Management and relevant stakeholders\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth study execution\nProvide timely status updates and maintain clear alignment on responsibilities, dependencies and next steps\n\nRisk, Quality & DocumentationProactively identify and mitigate logistics-related risks and operational issues\nEscalate issues when additional support or decisions are required\nEnsure logistics information and documentation are accurate and up to date\nWork in accordance with applicable quality standards and internal procedures\n\nContinuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve and standardize logistics processes\nContribute to initiatives that improve efficiency, quality and scalability\nShare lessons learned and support logistics best practices\n\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience\n2+ years of relevant experience in project management, clinical trial management, clinical operations, or logistics \nStrong project management, planning, and organizational skills\nStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities\nProactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English\nFlexible and adaptable\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in clinical research, laboratory services, or clinical trial logistics\nExperience with LIMS or inventory management systems\nKnowledge of relevant regulatory and quality requirements\nExperience working in a global, cross-functional environment\nWork Arrangements\nFull-time position (38 hours per week), Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2 days per week onsite\nLocation: Sint-Bavostraat 78, 2610 Antwerpen (Wilrijk), Belgium\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary\n9 additional CellCarta Days (prorated based on full-time or part-time status)\nMeal vouchers (€8 per working day)\nNet allowance \nDKV hospitalization insurance\nGroup insurance plan with employer contributions\nBike leasing after six months of service\nPublic transportation reimbursement or bicycle/car allowance\nCareer advancement opportunities\nAbout CellCarta\nCellCarta is a global CRO that provides muti-omic pharma laboratory services though a harmonized global footprint and integrated logistics, spanning translational research through late phase clinical trials.
