Match invoices to checks, run postage, file paid items.\nMaintain A/P files and W9’s.\nAddress vendor and internal inquiries.\nEnsure timely vendor payments.\nAssist with AP month-end close process, annual 1099 preparation, quarterly audits, and SOX 404 testing.\nProvide support to accounting staff as needed.\nQualifications\nProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.\nDetail- oriented, with strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.\nCustomer service and team oriented with the ability to work effectively within all levels/functions of the organization, \nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nEducation/Experience:\n2-5 years of accounts payable experience.\nBusiness Central accounting software experience a plus\nCompensation Statement\nThe expected base salary for this position is: $42350.00 to $55000.00. We are committed to compensating employees equitably based on several factors including experience, education, licensure/certifications, skill level, location of the position, and availability of similar talent in a competitive market. Subject to eligibility and applicable plan terms, compensation includes base salary, annual discretionary bonus, long term incentive, 401(K) plan with employer contribution, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
