CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, clean code, version control, and deployment standards - with a hands-on approach to designing, building, reviewing, and troubleshooting pipelines and infrastructure. \nLead the adoption of AI and intelligent automation (AIOps, LLM-based automation, intelligent alerting/triage, AI-assisted engineering) to reduce manual toil and improve delivery speed and reliability, building a culture of measurable, ongoing AI adoption rather than one-off experimentation. \nOwn and optimize CI/CD and cloud environments across AWS Commercial, AWS GovCloud, and GCP; design and maintain highly available, resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure, with strong emphasis on networking and AWS Landing Zone architectures. \nImprove deployment velocity through controlled rollouts, canary deployments, automation, and reliable rollback strategies. \nDrive observability standards across monitoring, logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting, incorporating AI-based anomaly detection and automated root-cause analysis where they add value. \nPartner with production-owning teams on incident response, escalation, postmortems, and preventative reliability improvements, including hands-on support for complex, real-time incidents. \nLead a globally distributed DevOps function across multiple geographies, time zones, cloud regions, and regulatory environments, with a service-oriented mindset toward development and product teams as internal customers. \nCollaborate closely with Development, Security, Compliance, Platform, and Cloud Engineering to embed reliability, security, and operational readiness throughout the SDLC. \nEvaluate emerging DevOps and AI technologies and drive responsible adoption of solutions that deliver measurable value. \nWhat You'll Love About This Role\nWorking closely with mission-critical, high-security production environments, including regulated cloud workloads. \nWorking in an environment where reliability, security, and automation are top priorities. \nHigh-impact leadership role influencing architecture, availability, and delivery velocity across the organization. \nThe chance to lead the AI-driven transformation of DevOps practices, shaping how the team works today and how it will work tomorrow. \nRequirements\nWhat You Need to Succeed\nMust Have\nMust be a U.S. citizen. \n10+ years of DevOps experience, with 5+ years leading a DevOps or SRE team. \nWorking knowledge of AI practices and tooling relevant to DevOps (e.g., AI-assisted coding, AIOps, LLM-based automation, intelligent monitoring/alerting), with demonstrated experience introducing and driving adoption of such tools within a team. \nProven hands-on experience supporting production AWS accounts, including on-call rotations, incident management, and SLA/SLO ownership. \nStrong hands-on experience with: \nCI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Artifactory, ECR) \nContainerization (Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes) \nCloud platforms -
