About the role:
Our Labs group is home to some of the sharpest vulnerability researchers, reverse engineers, exploit engineers, software engineers, and other exceptional technical minds who work side by side on hard, meaningful problems. We’re looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Partner to build and lead hiring for this unit, across Israel and worldwide. You’ll find people who are rarely on the market, in any location, earn their trust, and bring them in. This is a unique chance to partner closely with Labs leaders, shape how we identify and evaluate elite talent on a global scale, and have a direct impact on the quality of the team.
Why join us:
You’ll hire for one of the most influential teams in the field, work directly with its leaders, and own a function with real strategic weight and a lot of autonomy.
What you’ll do :
- Own the full hiring lifecycle for Labs roles across research, exploit development, and engineering, in Israel and abroad, from role definition to offer acceptance, with an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Proactively source passive candidates worldwide in small, highly selective talent pools through GitHub, CTF communities, security conferences, professional forums, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Build a global talent map: understand where top talent sits, how different markets work, and what it takes to attract people in each
- Act as a trusted advisor to Labs leaders: understand each domain, bring market insights, and challenge assumptions when needed.
- Run first-stage technical screens and help Labs leaders design structured, consistent evaluation processes.
- Use AI tools to improve sourcing and candidate matching.
- Track and improve key metrics such as time to fill, pipeline health, and quality of hire.
Requirements
- 3+ years of end-to-end recruiting for highly technical roles such as security research, vulnerability research, reverse engineering, exploit engineering, software engineering, or low-level engineering, with concrete examples of hires you made.
- Experience hiring internationally, including sourcing and engaging candidates across different countries and time zones
- Proven ability to build pipelines and engage passive candidates in niche talent pools, well beyond LinkedIn.
- Experience identifying and recruiting talent for highly technical or intelligence-oriented teams (in the public sector, the defense sector, or industry).
- Ability to hold credible professional conversations with deeply technical candidates and to work with Labs leaders on evaluating them.
- Strong behavioral and competency-based interviewing skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, and a high level of discretion.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
Nice to have:
- Experience with recruitment marketing tools such as Spark Hire, HiBob, and NetSuite.
- Familiarity with international employment models and cross-border hiring processes.
- HR or recruitment experience in technology-driven organizations, along with a solid understanding of the cyber and vulnerability research field, is a significant advantage.
