You will ensure a secure, scalable, and highly available corporate platform supporting global business operations.\nThe team focuses on the deployment, upgrade and maintenance of servers, storage and networking technologies, Office 365 administration, operating systems, and productivity tools to support our existing and new infrastructure in the Datacenter and in the Cloud. You will design and implement upgrades, develop infrastructure, manage and automate recurring tasks and modernize with AI.\nThis role requires a hands-on leader with a strong technical background and excellent team management skills.\nYou will be working in a demanding, fast-paced environment, you will need exceptional technical expertise, initiative, strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and Manage: Lead, mentor, and support the IT systems team, providing technical guidance and driving professional growth.\nCross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside other departments to understand their IT needs, achieve company goals, and align IT strategy with business vision.\nProcess Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements, integrating new technologies and modern architectures.\nGlobal Infrastructure: Manage and monitor Cellebrite's endpoint, server, and storage infrastructure, hybrid, on-prem and cloud environments.\nHigh Availability: Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability, reliability, and performance.\nSaaS & Endpoints: Manage Office 365 administration to ensure optimal performance and security and support the deployment of global productivity tools.\n System Maintenance: Install, configure, test, and maintain a diverse range of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), applications, and IT system management tools.\nAdvanced Support: Act as the highest escalation point, providing tier-3 IT support and delivering solutions to complex IT-related challenges across the organization.\nSecurity & Audits: practicing a security-conscious approach to system design, patching, and access control. Perform regular IT audits to discover areas of weakness, fortify systems, and ensure adherence to strict security standards and IT service & operation procedures.\nModernize: Adopt DevOps practices and leverage AI tools to drive automation, simplify routine tasks, and modernize infrastructure deployment.\nIndustry Trends: Stay continuously updated with industry trends, security best practices, and emerging technologies.\nRequirements\n4+ years leading IT Systems / Infrastructure / DevOps teams in a hi-tech company\nStrong ownership mindset with proven delivery in enterprise environments\nHand on capabilities including scripting with PowerShell and/or Python\nExcellent problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to work effectively in a dynamic environment, global multi-tasking and time constraints.\nProven experience in leading and delivering IT project and tech integrations.\nExcellent interpersonal skills with fluent written and verbal communication in both English and Hebrew.\nA true team player.\nMS Infrastructure: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Entra etc.\nVirtualization: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with VMware vSphere 6.x/7.x, including installation, configuration, and system design.\nDatacenter: Familiarity with physical servers, Network and the Datacenter maintenance lifecycle.\nMicrosoft Azure Ecosystem: Proven experience including:\n Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) -
