Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nExperience/Education\nHigh school diploma required (College degree or equivalent preferred but not required)\n1 or more years of experience in a Quality Inspection role\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities\nMechanical inspection experience using basic and precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc).\nFamiliar with common workplace software (Microsoft Office).\nIndependent problem solver with a desire to learn new skills and new technology.\nStrong organization skills and a detail-oriented mindset.\nAble to adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced start-up setting.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.\nPlusses\nExperience in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices, 5S\nPrior start-up experience\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
