Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.\nExperience/Education \nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering\n2+ years of hands-on experience as an Equipment Engineer, Mechanical/Electrical Engineer or similar experience \nExperience with design, assembly and/or maintenance of automated manufacturing equipment required\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities\nExperience with assembly and/or maintenance of roll-to-roll manufacturing equipment preferred\nSolid background in using 3D computer aided design software\nExperience using PLC, and device configuration software\nKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles preferred\nAbility to use hand and machine tools safely\nExperience developing discrete simulation models\nExperience with extracting and analyzing manufacturing data\nIndependent problem solver with a desire to learn new skills and develop new technology\nStrong organizational skills and detail-oriented mind set\nAble to adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced start-up setting\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment\nWe believe diversity and inclusion among our teammates are essential to our success.
